Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic IT services organization. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT/technology companies
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
