Position: Service Engineer – Aftersales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for material handling equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before equipment dispatch.
- Train customers/operators on equipment operation and safety.
- Manage spare parts inventory, dispatch, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Handle warranty extensions and mandatory machine services.
- Maintain service reports, MIS, and warehouse inventory.
- Support the growth of OEM after-sales service and spare parts business.
- Travel to customer sites for service and technical support.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in after-sales service or field service.
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
· Process and verify invoices, payments, and expense reports.
· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
· Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
· Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting activities.
· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
· Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders during shift hours.
· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
· Assist in audit preparations and respond to audit queries.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
· Taken care of additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
· Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills for interacting with global teams.
· Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.

Position: Finance Manager
Location: Chennai - Saidapet
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting activities including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
- Monitor project profitability and provide actionable financial insights.
- Prepare and review monthly financial schedules, including:
- Accruals for Trade Creditors
- Foreign Exchange Exposure
- Debtors Aging
- Retention Payables and Receivables
- Prepare and present cash flow reports, work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and project costing analysis.
- Implement and maintain financial controls in line with Group policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and approval processes.
- Monitor compliance with Goods Receipt Voucher (GRV) procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to Group Management within defined timelines.
- Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Drive process improvements through effective utilization of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Manage Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), Customs Duties, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations and IFRS standards.
- Support tax planning and coordinate tax assessments and audits.
- Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor vendor outstanding balances and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
- Support procurement teams with financial reviews and service follow-ups.
- Partner with operations teams on project-related financial activities.
- Provide financial guidance on customs duties, GST, and income tax implications.
- Support HR-related statutory compliance activities when required.
- Ensure timely invoicing and billing of clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Improve collection cycles and cash flow management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Provide support on strategic and ad-hoc assignments from the General Manager and Group Management.
- Be willing to travel across India at short notice based on business requirements.

Location: Noida, Bangalore & Chennai
Experience: 2 to 7+ years in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Cloud Solutions.
Language : English, Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire enterprise customers.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and enterprise solution presentations.
- Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity data in CRM.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B and SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in handling large deals and long sales cycles.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers and experience handling high-value enterprise accounts will be preferred.
