- Create and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to increase product visibility and sales, using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping ads).
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager to track website analytics and conversions.
- Work on strategies to improve website conversion rates via PPC, optimizing landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies to increase ROI.
- Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads campaigns to maximize results.
- Create engaging ad creatives and copy for social media platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Make adjustments to improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within ad campaigns, offering solutions for underperformance, such as low click-through rates or high ad spend.
- Optimize Google My Business listings to increase local visibility and engagement, ensuring business details are accurate and properly utilized to drive traffic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of PPC experience, with a proven track record in campaign management and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and other major PPC platforms.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
- Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush.

Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Coordinator with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the technical team, managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and facilitating communication with technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of web development technologies, agile methodologies, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals, tasks are completed on schedule, and resources are efficiently utilized.
- Coordinate and track the progress of development projects utilizing Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue technologies. Ensure that milestones are achieved, and deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the development team. Help troubleshoot issues and optimize code where necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact within the technical team. Ensure effective communication, and provide timely updates on project statuses, risks, and blockers to management.
- Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date, including coding standards, project requirements, and development processes. Maintain clear records of project progress and technical issues.
- Help facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum activities. Ensure that the team follows agile best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
