Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Technical Project Coordinator with 1–1.5 years of experience to support our project and technical teams. The role involves coordinating projects, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
Coordinate with technical teams to track progress and resolve blockers.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Support risk/issue identification and timely escalation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1–1.5 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Understanding of software development processes (preferred).
Ability to work independently and within a team.
