About Us
Our company is a performance marketing and lead generation company working across pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, live transfer, and CPA traffic campaigns. We work with advertisers and traffic partners across several consumer verticals and are looking for an Affiliate
Manager who can help us find good publishers, get campaigns launched, and grow the partners that perform.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate well, and take ownership without needing a lot of management.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit new affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and lead-generation partners.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, Telegram, Teams, email, affiliate groups, conferences, and other industry sources.
- Build relationships with publishers and understand what types of traffic and offers they are looking for.
- Vet, Screen, Have Sales Calls, and Onboard new partners to get campaigns launched.
- Explain campaign requirements, payouts, caps, targeting, tracking, and compliance rules.
- Manage existing publisher relationships and look for ways to increase volume.
- Review daily and weekly performance including leads, calls, conversion rates, dispositions, returns, quality, and profitability.
- Work with publishers to improve traffic when performance is below expectations.
- Rotate traffic between campaigns and buyers based on performance and available capacity.
- Negotiate payouts, CPA terms, revenue-share arrangements, and other campaign economics.
- Set up and troubleshoot campaigns in platforms such as Ringba, LeadProsper, Everflow, TUNE, Offer18, TrackDrive, or similar systems.
- Work with postbacks, tracking links, APIs, pixels, and basic lead-routing setups.
- Monitor partners for compliance with campaign requirements and applicable marketing rules.
- Keep partner records, notes, follow-ups, and campaign information organized.
- Communicate with advertisers and internal team members when issues come up.
- Help identify new offers, traffic opportunities, and markets we should test.
What We’re Looking For
We care more about whether you understand this business than whether your resume is perfect.
Ideally, you have 2–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, media buying, publisher development, or a related field.
You should be comfortable with:
- Affiliate and publisher relationship management
- Pay-per-lead, pay-per-call, CPA, CPL, CPS, live transfer, or revenue-share campaigns
- Recruiting and onboarding new traffic partners
- Negotiating payouts and campaign terms
- Analyzing campaign performance
- Lead and call quality
- Conversion rates and disposition reporting
- Affiliate tracking platforms
- Postbacks, pixels, APIs, and basic tracking concepts
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Email and LinkedIn outreach
- Working independently in a remote environment
Experience with Ringba, LeadProsper, Everflow, TUNE/HasOffers, Offer18, TrackDrive, Retreaver, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
Experience in verticals such as credit, insurance, financial services, legal/MVA, home services, debt, Medicare, business loans, or other lead-generation markets is a plus.
What Makes Someone Good at This Job
The best person for this role probably likes talking to people but is also comfortable looking at numbers.
You need to be able to find partners, figure out whether their traffic is actually good, keep good partners happy, and deal with problems when something stops working.
You should be persistent about follow-up. Affiliate partners regularly disappear, get distracted, launch late, send the wrong traffic, or need help getting a campaign working. We want someone who stays on top of things instead of waiting for people to come back to them.
We also value people who are commercially minded. If an affiliate wants a higher payout, you should be thinking about whether the economics support it rather than simply saying yes or no.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, you should be able to take ownership of a group of publishers, bring new partners into the network, get campaigns launched without much supervision, and understand which relationships deserve more attention.
Longer term, success means:
more quality affiliates → more campaign volume → better publisher retention → better margins → more revenue.
This is a revenue-producing position, so strong performance will be noticeable and rewarded.
Location
Fully remote.
We care primarily about performance, responsiveness, and your ability to work effectively with partners and the rest of the team.
