About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our software development business by identifying and acquiring new clients and projects.
We build custom software solutions across different domains, including gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, education, fintech, and other business applications. We are not restricted to a specific technology or industry and work based on the client's requirements.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential businesses and clients who require software development services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, freelance platforms, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business and project requirements.
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate with our technical team for project discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert qualified opportunities into projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Explore new channels and strategies for generating software development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, IT sales, software services, or client acquisition.
- Experience selling software development or digital services is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently research and identify potential clients.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on generating actual business, not just outreach volume.
Engagement
We are flexible and open to full-time, part-time, contractual, or commission-based arrangements depending on experience and the proposed working model.
Compensation can be discussed based on experience and engagement structure.
Important
This role is primarily focused on bringing in new software development clients and projects. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the business development process, from prospecting and initial outreach through to qualified project opportunities.
Experience with an existing network of potential clients or a proven track record of acquiring software/IT projects is a strong advantage.
