We’re looking to hire Content Manager to combine the expertise of technical writing and hands on technical knowledge to ensure that blogs, articles and case studies are well crafted with Incubyte language. We are looking for someone who can work and collaborate with cross-functional teams, who takes our values to heart, and who is the wind in the sail for the team to build high-quality content for us.
What you’ll be doing
A typical day may include:
• Simplify technical concepts and weave these in blogs, articles and case-studies
• Coordinate with the cross functional team to understand the different technical aspects and develop in-depth content
• Reviewing content that others have created
• Being the content gatekeeper such that the overall tone and voice of the brand is consistently maintained across all content pieces in any format (video, written etc.)
• Come up with new ideas and right content strategy & executing upon it to generate viewership
• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publishing. • Convert the founder's thoughts and notes into blogs and articles
• Create and execute campaigns
• Understand target audience users and personas
• Drive brand consistency across all company communication
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
Skills you need to succeed in this role
Non-technical: Attention to detail, Collaboration, Initiator, Sense of Ownership
Technical:
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Three or more years of experience as an effective technical content creator.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter • Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines

About Role:
The B2B Writer will play a key role in daily operations, eventually managing a growing team of content creators in the capacity of a Manager/Editor.
The role demands someone proactive with killer written communication skills.
