Job Title : Senior Java Developer with Corticon

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days (Official 30 Days Notice Acceptable if Negotiable to 15 Days)

Mandatory Skills : Java, Corticon, Project Management, SDLC, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Agile Methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Integrate and manage Corticon business rules engine within application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Regular Education only).
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proven experience working with Corticon for business rules implementation.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter development framework of Google.
• Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms.
• Performing app profiling and improving performance.
• Writing and reviewing multi-application codes
• Testing products to remove bugs and any malfunctioning aspects
• Ensuring consistency between the delivered product features and the requirements/criteria of the business.
• Developing new features, maintaining code, and fixing/debugging issues.
• Managing a team of Flutter Developers

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Flutter and Dart.
• Good Knowledge of Java, Kotlin or Swift.
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state
• Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and trends in mobile.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Working knowledge of Reactive programming is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment.
• Confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of the organization as part of a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• 1.5-3 years of relevant software development experience.

Synopsis

• We are seeking an experienced Node JS Mongo DB Developer to join our development

team.

• As a Node.js MongoDB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing,

and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js and MongoDB.

JOB ROLE :

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side

logic

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• In depth knowledge of node js and Express framework (more frameworks will be

preferred)

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Experience with Elastic search mongo database and SQL

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

Required Skills:

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology and springboot
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture,applications and modules
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other

• Proficient in all phases of the Application Development
  lifecycle with experience in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
  experience interacting with clients at multiple levels
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• Experience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally
  ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus
