Job Description:
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, Research based & engaging content, including Landing Pages, blogs, portfolio, case studies, guest blogging and more.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute the content.
- Updating website content as needed
- Create new content to assist marketing campaigns
- Work closely with marketing team members
- Optimize content using SEO best practices
- Conducting simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Present drafts and final deliverables to the internal team, and founders as needed, and participate in brainstorming sessions from time-to-time
- Revise copy based on feedback/direction
- Be willing to suggest creative ways to showcase our products to a distinct set of users and customers worldwide
- Ensure brand image and message is being maintained across all company communication
Requirements:
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential.
- Proven Strong Written Communication Skills
- Minimum 3+ years Experience in Technical writing (with work samples)
- Knowledge of IT industry and jargons is desirable
- Familiarity with content management systems

Responsibilities:
1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.
2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.
4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.
5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.
7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases

Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the position requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather relevant information.
2. Placement Coordination:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the placement process, including conducting background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.
• Ensure timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and assist in making job offers.
3. Onboarding Support:
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and equipment on their first day.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in HR recruitment, placement coordination, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Sr. Data Engineer:
Core Skills – Data Engineering, Big Data, Pyspark, Spark SQL and Python
Candidate with prior Palantir Cloud Foundry OR Clinical Trial Data Model background is preferred
Major accountabilities:
- Responsible for Data Engineering, Foundry Data Pipeline Creation, Foundry Analysis & Reporting, Slate Application development, re-usable code development & management and Integrating Internal or External System with Foundry for data ingestion with high quality.
- Have good understanding on Foundry Platform landscape and it’s capabilities
- Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
- Defines company data assets (data models), Pyspark, spark SQL, jobs to populate data models.
- Designs data integrations and data quality framework.
- Design & Implement integration with Internal, External Systems, F1 AWS platform using Foundry Data Connector or Magritte Agent
- Collaboration with data scientists, data analyst and technology teams to document and leverage their understanding of the Foundry integration with different data sources - Actively participate in agile work practices

The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for working on assigned projects and technical initiatives in an efficient/effective manner. The IT Infrastructure Analyst must possess a high degree of technical knowledge regarding server & storage systems and associated technology tools for managing them.
The individual is expected to be able to manage and support infrastructure systems as necessary, perform troubleshooting, build new systems, and monitor data center environments.
Must have:
8-12 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management
