Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for our residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills, with a focus on driving occupancy and ensuring seamless tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete leasing cycle from prospecting to closure: site visits, negotiations, documentation, and administration.
• Act as a liaison between in-house teams, tenants, IPCs, brokers, consultants, architects, and municipalities.

The role of the Ui/Ux Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical.
