About the job

As a Account Manager you would be working with customers to understand the content requirements, build a team of freelance writers who fit in the criteria, set the right expectations and manage the project with the editor for timely delivery. Most of our customers are recurring and this gives you an opportunity to work closely with them and shape the content strategies. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in following tasks:

 

  1. Be part of customer project kickoff calls
  2. Build relationships with customers and ensure retention
  3. Create and manage projects for recurring customers
  4. Collaborate with new writers and keep onboarding newer writers to your project to reduce dependability
