Review Criteria

• Strong Product Designer profile.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design (UI + UX) for B2B SaaS products or consumer tech products.
• Must have hands-on experience in both UX and UI, including User Research, User Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design.
• Must have a strong design portfolio showcasing case studies of complete product design work — including UX-focused projects such as user research, personas, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs for B2B dashboards, SaaS products, or consumer-facing apps.
• Must be proficient in design tools such as Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).

Role & Responsibilities

As we continue to scale, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at company. You will be playing a key role in building solutions and driving forward the product roadmap. You will be deeply engaged in understanding our customers, prioritizing pain points to solve, converting them into detailed stories, and seeing them through.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4-6 years in a Product Design or similar role (UX/UI Design).

Ideal Candidate

• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to gather and assess user needs.
• Conduct interviews with customers to identify pain points and map out user journeys.
• Effectively present design ideas to developers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve UX issues.
• Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate feature functionality and appearance.

• SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing capabilities including Ariba Spend Analysis, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance and Supplier Risk

• Good knowledge and understanding of Ariba P2P, Integration of P2P with backend ERP System.

Required a full stack Senior SDE with focus on Backend microservices/ modular monolith with 3-4+ years of experience on the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
• Mandatory In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Python programming language.
• Expertise and significant work experience in Python with Fastapi and Async frameworks. 
• Prior experience building Microservice and/or modular monolith.
• Should be an expert Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Has knowledge and experience with SQLAlchemy/ORM, Celery, Flower, etc.
• Has knowledge and experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience in Postgres/ Cockroachdb.
• Experience in MongoDB/DynamoDB and/or Cassandra are added advantages.
• Strong experience in either AWS services (e.g, EC2, ECS, Lambda, StepFunction, S3, SQS, Cognito). and/or equivalent Azure services preferred.
