Konversations.com is a new learning platform, with an aim to make learning and careers fun for the youth of the country. We use entertainment to help a user learn something. So think: learning market research through Tinder. Or sales through cricket. And social media marketing through Bollywood. In short, our aim is that users forget they are “studying” and enjoy learning the concepts through tonnes of case studies and real-life experiences. We don't just use text and video for telling a story (although we've done tons of that). Comics, animations, games are other content media we have used. In the future, we hope to integrate Virtual Reality as a learning experience too. We already have a strong content creation team, headed by someone highly experienced in the media industry.

Impeccable spoken and written English and comprehension 2. Ability to research and understand diverse topics 3. Ability to apply creativity in communicating difficult concepts in easy and highly engaging manner 4. Comfort with learning to use new software as an end-user. Training will be provided 5. Self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision 6. Prior hands on experience in developing elearning artifacts is desirable but not required if you are a fast learner Responsibilities: 7. Independently manage and successfully deliver e-learning content development projects within the constraints of time and quality 8.
