We’re looking for a motivated Product Management Intern to join our Pune team. This is a full-time internship (3–6 months) with the potential for a full-time offer.
What you’ll do
Don multiple hats — work as a product intern, founders’ office associate, and problem-solver across teams.
Support product strategy, roadmap & execution.
Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and user analysis.
Collaborate with AI/ML/VR engineers for smooth development.
Define KPIs, draft feature specs & write user stories.
Assist in product launches & GTM execution.
Analyze user engagement data to propose improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Product & UI/UX Design:
• Own end-to-end design of product experiences - flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI,
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to bring features from idea to launch. Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and component library.
Brand Identity & Visual Design: Define and refine companie’s visual identity - logos, colors, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing.
Marketing Collateral: Design assets for social media, performance ads, email campaigns, blog illustrations, and investor decks.
Requirements:
• Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual storytelling.
• Education: Degree in design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Design Foundations: Solid grasp of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
• Tools: Proficient in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.) and Framer (optional)
• Prior experience in financial products or complex dashboards is a strong plus.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
- Design innovative, user-friendly, and visually appealing product interfaces and experiences.
- Leverage creative methodologies to streamline and optimize current product workflows.

Content Design & Visuals
- Develop impactful designs for product packaging, features, and presentations.

Creative Strategy & Branding
