
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and visionary UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience in SaaS companies and a strong background in Product Design. As the senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading our design team and driving the creation of exceptional user experiences for our SaaS products. Your extensive knowledge of UI/UX design principles, product design methodologies, and SaaS industry expertise will be vital in shaping our design strategy and delivering innovative, user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of UI/UX designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative design culture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the product vision and user requirements.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that provide a seamless and delightful user experience.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to enhance usability and product functionality.
- Conduct design reviews and iterations based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and product design.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 9 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in SaaS companies with a strong focus on product design.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to design interfaces that effectively communicate AI-driven insights to users.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, product design methodologies, and designing for complex web applications.
- Strong background in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX design projects for SaaS products and product design work.
