Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and visionary UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience in SaaS companies and a strong background in Product Design. As the senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading our design team and driving the creation of exceptional user experiences for our SaaS products. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, product design methodologies, and designing for complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
- Respond to user queries and technical issues via tickets, calls, or chats within defined SLAs.
