Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at ChicMic Studios. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and customizing Shopify websites and themes, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes to meet client requirements.
• Build responsive and visually appealing e-commerce websites using Shopify.
• Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance functionality.
• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
• Must have expertise in Laravel and Wordpress.
• Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify APIs and custom app development.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and UX/UI principles.

Required Skillset

·       The candidate should be well-versed in advanced off-page SEO methodologies like link-building, influencer collaboration, guest blogging, and content promotion.

·       Profound knowledge of on-page SEO, such as keyword optimization, meta tags, title improvement, URL structure, user experience, and conversion rate optimization, is necessary.

·       Must have relevant experience in team leadership, workflow organization, and project management.

·       Should be capable of devising, articulating, and implementing successful SEO strategies for enhanced website performance and ranking.

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude is required for articulate interactions with the team and other stakeholders.

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is a prerequisite for effective data analytics and reporting.

·       Record-keeping ability and advanced skills in data reporting, with a clear understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, is a must.

Job Description

·       Guide the SEO team in applying best SEO practices to all online content.

·       Oversee and manage SEO team's workflow to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.

·       Formulate effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

·       Undertake keyword research for improving organic SEO rankings.

·       Analyze SEO statistics, including traffic, ranking, clicks, and bounce rates.

·       Establish systems and standards for optimizing all content for SEO.

·       Design strategies and action plans for building high-quality, authoritative backlinks to our website.

·       Monitor and assess search results and performance across major search channels.

·       Execute data analysis to inform SEO strategy and provide enhancements.

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Job Description:

• Monitor entire field and DC network, ensure smooth operations for various NMS systems
• Ensure timely alerts in case of any events or parameters crossing threshold
• Ensure timely publishing of relevant reports and statistics
• Keep NMS database updated as per network evolution
• Plan and upgrade HW capacity, SW version, redundancy, connectivity with network elements and other applications as required
• Test and deploy bug fixes, new features/products related to NMS applications
• Quickly troubleshoot any issues with NMS systems and provide RCA, implement AIs

Requirements:

1. Should have years of work experience in Telco / ISP background
2. Must have hands on experience in network monitoring and managing corresponding systems/tools
3. Must have in depth understanding of SNMP and various parameters to be monitored for smooth network operations and troubleshooting
4. Should have good understanding of TCP/IP, networking, switching and routing
5. Should have good understanding of MSSQL, MySQL DB, Windows server, basic OS & virtualization concepts
6. Should be good in at least one scripting language like Python
7. Should have work experience on Solarwinds or similar leading NMS system
