Job Role: Content Writer

Experience Level: 2-3 Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Job Overview: As a Content Writer at Moshi Moshi, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and persuasive written content that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to create content that captures the essence of our clients' brands and effectively communicates their messages to their target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Produce a wide range of written content, including brand strategy framework components such as positioning statements and taglines alongside brochures, newsletters, website copy, brand books, campaign copy.

● Research: Conduct thorough research to gather insights and data relevant to client projects, ensuring the accuracy and credibility of content.

● Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring it meets our quality

standards.

● Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and Brand Managers to understand their goals, brand voice, and messaging requirements.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer in an agency or similar setting.

● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills along with creative ideation.

● Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to read Kannada is mandatory. Writing would be a bonus.

● Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Job Overview:

As a Software Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions for our software applications. You will be responsible for making strategic technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products with scalable backend infrastructure. 

Responsibilities:

• System Architecture:
• Design and architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Backend Development:
• Lead the development of backend components, modules, and features primarily on Ruby on Rails tech stack and also be open to contribute in other tech stacks based on Java/Kotlin and Python.

Qualifications:

• Overall 10+ years of experience, with 2+ years as a Software Architect with a focus on backend development using Ruby on Rails.
• In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework, database design, and API development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and security considerations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks(ReactJs).
• Experience with other programming languages.(Kotlin/Python)

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the position requirements.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather relevant information.

2. Placement Coordination:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage the placement process, including conducting background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.

• Ensure timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and assist in making job offers.

3. Onboarding Support:

• Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and equipment on their first day.

• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period, addressing their queries and providing support as needed.

4. Recruitment Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the google sheets or HR database.

• Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for HR management and hiring managers.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the placement process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience in HR recruitment, placement coordination, or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate and employee data.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
