Job Overview:
We're looking for a UX Designer who is good at creating great user interfaces to join our friendly team in Chennai. If you have more than a year of experience and are good at talking with people and taking the lead, we'd like to talk to you. As a UX Designer here, you’ll focus on making easy-to-use interfaces, figuring out what users need, writing down project requirements, and making sure our products are nice to use. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and users to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Lead and mentor other team members in best practices and design principles.
Draft clear and concise project requirements to guide the development process.
Conduct various research methods including user testing, user interviews, observational research, contextual inquiries, and user surveys.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of design systems, while establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest design trends to create cutting-edge user experiences.
Possess strong UI and web design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
Convert complex problems into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Have a thorough understanding of the entire design process.
Qualifications:
1+ years of UX design experience.
Exceptional proficiency in UI and web design.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI design skills and methodology.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in graphic design, including logo design, icon design, and illustration design.
