Product analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Head with Project leadership & Agile Expertise. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and communication with stakeholders is maintained. Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful development & execution & define the overall architecture and technical direction for development projects Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding & Oversee the backend services, databases, and third-party API integration & frontend technologies/tools. And best practices to effectively guide with budgeting & providing technical support to the development team along with assisting them in making architectural decisions. Task Assignment: Define project tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities to team members while considering their strengths and expertise & assessing the feasibility of cross-platform development, and deciding when to adopt it based on project requirements. Timelines and Milestones: Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with expectations and company objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep the project on track while at the same time ensuring industry-standard security practices, authentication mechanisms, data encryption, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Status Updates: Regularly collect updates from team members, track project progress, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Swiftly addresses technical challenges, conflicts, and roadblocks, making data-driven decisions to ensure project momentum. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that the final product aligns with the project scope, technical standards, and requirements. Deadline Adherence: Employ effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations. Documentation: Prepare the technical documentation, flow, and execution plan of the project including specifications & architecture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Project Manager leading similar successful responsibilities mentioned above. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.), API integrations & development. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building & management skills. 

• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise and ability to code.
• A keen understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment is needed.
• Develop, Execute the test cases and Report Bugs
• Send regular status reports, on bugs and functionality, tested
• Record test results, screenshots, etc. (failed ones)
• Create the test report and Conduct post-testing clean-up
• Run the regression tests
• Suggest fixes, identify functional problems and document technical issues and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies.
• Perform Functional/Black box testing, SQL queries, and Data Analysis.
• Using Bug tracking (Trello/JIRA), Project Tracking and SVN software produced various reports/metrics.
• Support the testing phase (system testing, SIT, UAT, non-regression testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
• You will participate in design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans.
• Manage and communicate regular updates on project status like work completed, work in progress, next steps, risks, mitigation, quality to QA manager and stakeholders.
• Present complex technical ideas (both written and verbal), anticipate potential objections and persuade others to adopt the most appropriate view.
• Establish an end-to-end view and capture all key requirements. establish clear functional and non-functional requirements like capacity, availability, and response times.
• Ensure that all requirements are 'testable' and agree on test strategy with the business and test team lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QA automation engineers to design automated tests to validate the functionality of network protocol software stack. Their job is to create the initial test plan, write the scripts, install the automation testing protocols, and report the results.

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Primary Skills:

Hand on experience to QA the product following customer requirements.

Prepared test cases, testing, documenting errors (depending on the phase of the project) Checking the bug tracking system for the fixed errors.

Following the automation testing plan to prepare and execute the automation testing and verifying the automation testing results and fixing the automation cases and automation environment issues.

Candidate should have fundamental core networking skills, with basic knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol suite, OSI layered architecture and should be able to relate that knowledge in troubleshooting related issues.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product as organization evolves.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

0-2 years of experience in QA in the field of computer networking is plus.

Hands on experience with Cloud systems, APIs, Application and Database systems.

Hands on experience with Linux and knowledge of Operating System concepts.

Good understanding of complete software delivery cycle(worked with ticketing system, escalation management and building knowledge base for customer support organization)

Nice to have experience in Selenium.
