EXPECTATION –

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

Digital Strategy Development –  Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the vertical that the company operates in. SEO/SEM –  Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing.  Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Campaign Management –  Plan and hands on execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

 Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Creation and Management –  Develop content calendars and ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.

 Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Analytics and Reporting –  Use data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration and Coordination –  Work closely with the other teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.

KEY REQUIREMENT -

 Proven working experience of minimum 4 years in digital marketing in a B2B startup.

 Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Tag Manager and other relevant tools).

 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.

Position Description: 

An exciting and varied position, the individual will work for our firm’s Hyderabad office, supporting the stakeholders of Startup Login. Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who works on their own initiative with light supervision. Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research to identify and connect with tech startups and offer our services.
• Sourcing and identifying opportunities and acquisition prospects.
• Facilitate end-to-end execution of A&A activities for the deals responsible.
•  Handle and coordinate interactions with all stakeholders (buy & Sell-side).
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure time-bound closure of the activities and the transactions.
• Actively participating in the M&A deal qualification, execution and closure process.
• Documentation: analyze the business requirements.
• Use productive tech tools like CRM, task management and others.
• Build a network with Startups, Incubators/Accelerators and Venture Capital Firms.
• Gather information from the target company and industry experts.
• Research and talk to the Founders and decision-makers of the target company. 
•   Research potential competitors to the target company.
• Research and talk with technical/business consultants to evaluate the target company’s technology including IPs.
• Analyze the financials and business models of the target company.

The Associate should be able to work in a Startup environment, be self-driven and take initiatives. She/He should be able to pay attention to details and be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.

• MBA/BBA/Btech from a recognized University 
• Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Interacting with stakeholders and clients for understanding requirements, drafting JDs, interviews and negotiating results (where necessary).
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Negotiating salaries and joining dates.
• Onboarding.

Looking for an experienced candidate with strong development and programming experience, knowledge preferred-

• Cloud computing (i.e. Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Coming from a strong development background and has programming experience with Java and/or NodeJS (other programming languages such as Groovy/python are a big bonus)
• Proficient with Unix systems and bash
• Proficient with git/GitHub/GitLab/bitbucket

3. Designing, building, testing, automating, monitoring, and supporting significant components within a modern digital service platform.
4. Helping to build and lead an effective, cross-functional squad practicing agile ways of working (Scrum, DevOps, Design Sprints) in tight collaboration with local and remote teams
5. Microservices and server less architecture with service fabric, functions and API apps, service bus.
6. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and GIT, Azure CLI (Cloud Shell), Azure DevOps.
7. Expertise in with Azure Active Directory, VNETs, NSGs, ASGs, OAuth and OpenID Connect, Azure traffic manager, CDN, App Gateway and load balancers.
8. Hands on experience of executing cloud native projects in Azure with DevOps

You will be responsible for architecting, training the team and implementing your solution. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the tech leads/developers to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
