Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth plant operations. The role requires hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance

Attend machine and equipment breakdowns promptly.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.

Minimize downtime by carrying out effective repairs and corrective actions.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per maintenance schedules.

Equipment Maintenance

Carry out lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machines and equipment.

Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.

Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and control systems.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Update maintenance logbooks and equipment history sheets.

Report recurring issues and suggest improvement measures.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance equipment.

Support workplace housekeeping and 5S initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter/Electrician) or equivalent technical qualification.

2–3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Role Objective

We are looking for a proactive InfoSec Associate to support our compliance and audit functions. You will play a key role in maintaining our ISO standards, handling vendor security assessments, and ensuring our documentation is audit-ready for our banking and NBFC clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits for ISO 27001, SOC2, and ISO 27701.
• Vendor Compliance: Independently handle and respond to detailed Vendor Security Questionnaires from banks and NBFCs.
• Evidence Management: Collect, organize, and present technical audit evidence from engineering and IT teams.
• Policy & Documentation: Help draft and review Security Policies, SOPs, and ISMS documentation.
• Risk Tracking: Track audit observations and manage the Corrective Action Plan (CAPA) to ensure timely remediation.
• Data Privacy: Assist in aligning internal processes with the DPDP Act and GDPR requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Framework Knowledge: Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and Risk Assessment principles.
