LiquiLoans (LL) is an RBI registered NBFC. The LL platform provides consumer loans and has established a strong value proposition in the digital lending space. It is a well capitalized NBFC-P2P with a vision to build an easy to use financial platform serving millions of customers in India. Designation - Product Manager
Key Responsibilities: -
- Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like engineering, design, marketing, operations and business development
- Manage the product life cycle, including strategy, requirements, target user research, prototyping, user experience journey, stakeholder satisfaction, etc.
- Implement go-live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of your product/ feature/ process
- Identifying new potential channels that run parallel with the business goals.

We are looking for a part-time/freelance digital marketing consultant who will work closely with the founders to drive the digital marketing activities.
Sales are the lifeline for a start-up, so ROAS and sales will be the main KPI. All the efforts of the person in this role should focus on maximizing sales through our campaigns. This will also fuel your growth within the organization. This role requires creative thinking to design profitable sales campaigns outside the "big agency" thought process. Our key performance indicator is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with a target of 12X. This target is achievable given our product range from 35k to 1 lac.
What would you be doing?
- Develop interactive ads with the available creative content. Our primary source of the content is photos and videos of real products (not photoshoots with models). You should be able to use these materials to build, test, and run your creative campaigns.
- Create interactive landing pages using Shopify-compatible apps
- Manage Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns independently, from strategy to optimization. You should be able to take complete ownership of the campaigns. Your performance will be measured by the sales reflected in your weekly dashboards.
- Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns. These campaigns need to be designed daily, and you should be able to show revenue and Click-Through Rate (CTR) for them, similar to other paid advertising campaigns.
- Campaign management and optimization will be an integral part of this role. You should have good domain knowledge to detect and rectify technical problems across all ad tech tools, such as Google, Meta, and Bik.
- Implement exit popups, generate leads, and use these leads to create FOMO campaigns in regular intervals

Detailed Responsibilities
- Participate in Application Development, focusing on frontend (React), to deliver high-quality web applications with exceptional User Experience. This includes creating admin tools and dashboards for seamless internal management.
- Collaborate in our Kanban-based development process to develop new components and user interaction workflows for our flagship application.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement new components/views for major features, with support from the lead engineer and other developers.
