Responsibilities
• Planning
o Assist in planning the digital marketing calendar for the year
o Brainstorm strategies for growth of the brand’s online presence
o Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Digital Marketing activities
o Lead execution of all web, SEO, SEM, database, email, influencer, content, social media and display marketing campaigns
o Design, build and maintain our social media presence
o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
o Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Website management & improvements
o Maintain the current website and regularly review it for improvements
o Track website metrics and report key values periodically
o Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Requirements
