Requirements

·   1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably for a B2B or consumer SaaS product.

·   Design experience with Figma (required), Storybook (good to have).

·   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline like Interaction, Graphics, or Interface Design.

·   A digital portfolio that displays stunning conceptual and creative thinking skills, as well as a solid knowledge of typography, color theory, UI design, and layout principles.

·     Track record of building products from scratch and taking complete ownership of design output.

Role: The role is to define big ‘Why’ and ‘What’? Ideate and build products and features

using advanced data science and machine learning models which can help internal/external

stakeholders along with customers. It requires you to experiment on multiple hypothesis

using statistical and machine learning algorithms and bring better decision making to the

table. The role requires you to work closely with business and machine learning/data

science team.

Responsibility:

- Define and solve the problem that exist in the market and solve by using data

- Writing Product requirement documents with user stories

- Monitor products and feature’s performance

- Make strong communication and feedback loop with customers and

stakeholders

- Bring best product practices to the table

Requirements:

- Graduate/ Post graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration,

Engineering etc.

- 4+ Years of Product Management experience in high growth tech start up

- Strong knowledge of Excel and Database

- Analyzing data and model performance

- Knowledge of latest technology and innovation trends

- Working knowledge of application development process and hands on product

management systems JIRA, Aha etc.

- Comfortable in programming language like R and Python

- Sound knowledge of cloud-based architecture

- Ability to develop hypothesis and testing models

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress. 
• Assist, train, and ensure project team members with tasks that you have assigned to them. 
• Test the product modules and manage the change request, bug reports, etc. 
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. 
• Facilitate communication between intern stakeholders, clients, vendors, and management. 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills for documentation, user stories, etc. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Experience with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Job Description,

The Product Designer will be responsible for driving design ideation, planning and prioritization of the diverse range of products of Synapsica.

• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys,user behavior and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data. Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team.
• Drive design ideation, planning,  and prioritization of our diverse range of products and features.
• Work closely in a small and agile team to iteratively improve user experience
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production.
• Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions which suit the Synapsica brand.
• Brainstorm and create new directions that Synapsica can take in our quest to enable radiologists with AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritizing and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing digital products
• Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• A good understanding of Frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view.
