Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer who excels at creating visually appealing, minimalistic, and engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of font selection, blending techniques, and color theory to bring ideas to life through high-quality animations and visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Work on minimalistic and clean design styles with attention to detail.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, font blending, and color harmony to enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and tech teams to deliver creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative visual solutions for promotional videos, explainer videos, and brand communication.
• Stay updated on design trends, motion techniques, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Multimedia/Animation or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in motion graphics and digital design.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of minimalist design principles, font pairing/blending, and color psychology.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and impactful motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro services
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver scalable solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Redux / State Management in React
• Solid backend expertise with Node.js & Express.js
• Database design, queries, and performance tuning in MongoDB
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

🎯 Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript

Key Responsibilities:

Kubernetes Management:

Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AKS, EKS, GKE, and OKE.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster performance and availability.

Database Migration:

 Plan and execute database migration strategies across multicloud environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

Collaborate with database teams to optimize data flow and management.

Coding and Development:

 Develop, test, and optimize code with a focus on enhancing algorithms and data structures for system performance.

Implement best coding practices and contribute to code reviews.

Cross-Platform Integration:

  Facilitate seamless integration of services across different cloud providers to enhance interoperability.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent application performance across environments.

Performance Optimization:

  Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to optimize resource utilization.

Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Experience:

  Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on Kubernetes management across multiple platforms.

Technical Skills:

  Proficient in cloud services and infrastructure, including networking and security considerations.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Problem-Solving:

 Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Communication:

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Experience with container orchestration and management tools.

• Develops a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

• Years of Relevant Experience- 5+
• Education & Work experience- We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Software and Applications- Microsoft Excel- High Level Proficiency, Quickbooks, ZohoBooks, Tally ERP or other applications.
• Skills- Advanced Mathematical Skills, Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Should have experience in: Handling accounting in a Group company and multi-business scenario example, e-commerce, consulting, hospitality, investments and VC.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Design, create and maintain databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to production systems
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, monitor system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical specifcations to build scalable and reliable data solutions 
• Apply data modelling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time on production, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
• Develop complex query, performance tuning, stored procedures and triggers, scheduled jobs, schema refinement.
• Flexibility to work after office hours for any production issue or production deployment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years of database and backend development experience
• Good understanding of database systems and architectures
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Hands on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores like  MySQL and MongoDB
• Experience working with Python scripting and application development
• Experience working with Cloud applications and data stores like AWS RDS is a plus
• In-depth understanding of data management and ETL processes
