We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with clients to gather and document technical requirements.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing customizations and extensions to Oracle EBS.
3. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS.
4. Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
5. Leading technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal team members.
6. Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends in Oracle EBS.
7. Experience in the preparation of Technical Design documents
8. Can work independently and progress the build of a CEMLI/RICE object from a technical design document
Technical Skills
1. Hands on experience on Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
2. Experience in Implementation and RICE Customizations of Oracle Applications 11i/R12
3. Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Performance tuning.
4. Expertise in Oracle Forms (Development and Personalization), BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflows.
5. OAF experience will be preferable
6. Sound knowledge in using Oracle APIs for interfaces to Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin components.
7. Good knowledge on functional flows FIN (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash management, AP/AR) and SCM (procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
8. Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules
9. Ability to design and document solutions for complex problem
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
3. Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS R12 and related technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, OAF, ADF, and XML Publisher.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
2. Provide expertise in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
3. Identify and troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS Finance modules, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business disruptions.
4. Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
5. Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
6. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EBS Finance functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
4. Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 or above, including functional setup, configuration, and implementation.
5. Knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance integration points with other modules and third-party systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience with full cycle implementations, upgrades, and support
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Oracle certifications in EBS Finance modules.
2. Experience in data migration and conversion.
