Production Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic LLM Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates interested in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge AI tools, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Research and experiment with LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI frameworks.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and workflows for different use cases.
• Assist in fine-tuning or integrating LLMs for internal projects.
• Evaluate model outputs and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product managers to implement AI-driven features.
• Document experiments, results, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Basic understanding of LLM concepts such as embeddings, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Knowledge of APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Panel Sourcing: Identify and connect with senior IT professionals to onboard them as freelance interview panelists on our platform.

Candidate Engagement: Reach out to experienced IT professionals, explain the benefits of joining Incruiter, and convince them to register as interviewers.

Boolean Search & Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to find suitable panelists.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior IT professionals to ensure long-term engagement with our platform.

Client JD Alignment: Understand various job descriptions from different clients to ensure the right panelists are onboarded for relevant technical assessments.

TAT Adherence: Ensure quick turnaround time for onboarding interview panelists based on business requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Freshers with prior 3-6 months of internship experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.

Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills to onboard senior IT professionals.

Ability to multitask and meet onboarding targets within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

o Understand client needs and deliver personalized, high-quality mental health

services.

 Communication and Resource Development:

o Develop, improve, and structure information and communication tools for MHFA

offerings, specifically for B2B clients.

o Ideate, design, and implement communication tools and programs to support

Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders) and strengthen the MHFAiders community.

 Program Promotion and Coordination:

o Promote and coordinate initiatives such as the MHFAI Awards Program and

MHFAiders Chat community.

o Plan and manage webinars, events, and activities to advocate for mental health first

aid in workplaces and educational institutions, engaging prominent stakeholders.

 Market Engagement and Support:

o Support the sales and marketing team by handling technical discussions with

prospective clients.

o Stay updated on developments in the mental health sector, including government

initiatives and market trends.

 Training and Delivery:

o Learn and deliver MHFA programs to various audiences.

 Strategic Contribution:

o Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of MHFA India’s work plan.

o Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

 3–5 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, corporate wellness, or

related fields.

Education:

 Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology (preferably with HR

specialization), or Social Work.

Skills and Knowledge:

 Strong proficiency in mental health training for adults.

 Expertise in content development for mental health awareness programs.

 Experience working in structured or organized groups is highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

 Knowledge of mental health market trends and government policies.

 Ability to design and implement engaging programs and events.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Ansible

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as required

iOS Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.

EXPERIENCE

iOS Developer Requirements:

• BE, B Tech, ME, M Tech, MCA in Computer Science with 3-9 years of experience

• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in Objective-C/ Swift/ Cocoa Touch.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git
• Ability to work with crash analytics, CI/CD etc regarding iOS development
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Experience with continuous integration.
