📍 About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation activities, qualifying prospects using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework, and supporting sales efforts through quality pipeline creation. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to generate interest, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Perform contact discovery and market research to identify key decision makers and target accounts.
- Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate lead status and follow-up activity.
- Schedule qualified appointments/demo calls for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaigns and lead qualification processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Beyond strong technical ability and cultural fit, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Minimum 1 year of professional web development experience
- A portfolio showcasing real-world projects or contributions (personal or professional)
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with working experience in modern frameworks
- Practical experience with React (mandatory)
- Ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with attention to UX best practices
- Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON-based data
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Basic understanding of backend concepts, preferably with exposure to Node.js, Java, or Python
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing codebases
- Good understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation skills
• Proficient in design software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of the lead generation process and how to create effective visuals
• Preferably, Previous experience of working with a Lead Generation house or agency
• Preferably, some exposure to content writing
