Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop a wide range of content types including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and emerging topics in the cryptocurrency space to produce accurate and insightful content.

• Writing and Editing: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience while adhering to brand voice and style guidelines. Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and coherence.

• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic to our platform.

• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content calendars and strategies aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and user acquisition campaigns.

• Thought Leadership: Position KoinBX as a thought leader in the cryptocurrency industry by creating thought-provoking content that addresses key industry challenges, trends, and developments.

• User Education: Create educational content to help users understand cryptocurrency trading, investment strategies, security best practices, and platform features.

• Community Engagement: Foster engagement and interaction with our community through social media platforms, forums, and online communities. Monitor user feedback and comments to identify opportunities for content creation and improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and customer support to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

• Compliance: Ensure all content complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including disclosures and disclaimers related to financial products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2–4 years of professional writing experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the Web3, Crypto, or FinTech space.

Crypto Literacy: A solid understanding of blockchain mechanics, Indian and global crypto regulations, and emerging trends like AI-powered investment tools.

Adaptable Voice: Ability to switch between technical documentation and engaging, first-person social media storytelling.

Growth Mindset: Strong alignment with organic marketing strategies and community building.

Portfolio: A proven track record of published content that demonstrates clarity, accuracy, and a non-robotic writing style.

Role - Performance tester

Location – Hyderabad

Budget – only above 6.5 years (at least 5 years on load runner / strong in load runner) 6.5 to 10 years

Compensation - between 13 to 17 LPA

We need associates to be good in Load Runner both. Below is JD.

1. Ability to work independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision.
2. should have Performance Testing strong skills with working experience on API testing and Web Applications.
3. Understanding of the requirements / architecture and NFR.
4. Good experience in performance testing using MicroFocus – Performance Centre(Load Runner)
5. Able to understand the complex architecture of the product developed in various technologies like java, springboot, PCF/AWS Cloud Technologies, etc..
6. Hands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results
7. Participate in the development and reporting of test metrics; items such as test confidence and test coverage reports.
8. Experience in setting up/designing load scenario for various tests like load test, endurance test, stress test, capacity measurements etc.
9. Experience in profiling and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana
10. Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues;
11. facilitate the resolution and necessary follow-up with Development and other cross- functional departments.
12. Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Garbage Collection, and DB Monitoring - Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications
13. Experience in Setting up Test Environments, Debugging Environment issues.
14. Experience in Identifying H/W and S/W Needs for setting up Test Environment Knowledge of sound development practices with exposure to Agile development, release engineering and continuous integration is a plus.

Interns day to day responsibilities include:

• Do the quality check for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogues based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is 100% accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.

• Do frequent checks on existing processes to help the Catalogue team achieve more consistent results with high quality and to own new projects which will aim at achieving high productivity of an individual/team.

• Populate 100% accurate content from various sources (Brand Websites, E commerce Portals, Product info Pages, Seller’s, Consumers, Companies, Subject Matter Experts) for specific as well as general information about the product through various channels (Verbal & Written communication, through on ground activities as well as through various online search techniques).

What will you do?

• Developing new user-facing features using React & Redux

• Build modular layouts, reusable code and libraries for future use

• Refactor, optimize and improve the existing code base for maintenance and scale

• Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Work closely with back-end developers to make sure the user experience is implemented as it was conceived

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel

• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.

In-depth understanding of redux

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, and NPM

• Good understanding of Promises, Async/ Await and Callbacks

• Should have good knowledge of Socket

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming

• Understanding of JavaScript Development on the server side using NodeJS and Express would be a plus

• Knowledge of ES6 would be a plus

• Should have good hands-on experience on MongoDB, designing optimized database structures using MongoDB and writing optimized queries for better performance
