Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by increasing top-of-funnel traffic and conversion through strategic SEO, social media, and paid acquisition efforts. You will oversee content production and optimization while experimenting with innovative strategies to maximize results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and innovation, including leveraging AI tools to scale efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
● Lead and execute all aspects of global SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth.
● Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and improve technical SEO.
● Develop and execute backlink strategies to build domain authority.
● Optimize all content for SEO to enhance discoverability and rankings. ● Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Content Production & Optimization
● Direct the creation of 15 long-form pieces of content per month using one content writer and AI tools.
● Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and organic performance and meets Google’s EATT standards.
● Oversee content quality and alignment with brand voice and growth objectives.
● Develop a content strategy that attracts, engages, and retains target audiences. Social Media Growth
● Build a strong social media presence by developing and executing content strategies across key platforms.
● Create and post diverse social media content daily, including posts, images, messages, videos, shorts, and other forms.
● Stay on top of platform trends to experiment with new formats and maximize reach and engagement.
● Analyze social media metrics and refine strategies to improve performance. Paid Acquisition & Landing Pages
● Experiment with paid acquisition strategies to supplement organic growth.
● Create and optimize landing pages to support both paid and SEO efforts.
● Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates. Metrics-Driven Growth
● Set and achieve clear, measurable growth goals aligned with company objectives.
● Monitor and report on key growth metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
● Use data to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and iterate on strategies.
Team & Collaboration
● Manage and mentor a content writer to ensure high-quality content aligned with growth objectives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with broader marketing and business goals.

Requirements:
● Proven Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, with demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media, and paid acquisition strategies.

● Content Expertise: Proven ability to oversee high-volume content production (15+ pieces of long-form content per month), ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.

● SEO & Optimization Skills: Strong experience optimizing content for SEO and organic traffic growth.
● Hands-On Social Media Skills: Extensive experience creating and managing social media content in various formats.

About The Job
We're seeking a skilled project management specialist to conduct modular focused residential interior fit-out projects in partnership with the design and site delivery teams.
4 Tier Essential Responsibilities:
Administrative:
- You will coordinate communication and foster collaboration between all the stakeholders of the assigned project.
- You will also work closely with the design team, production operations team, logistics team, and installers to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.
Project Management:
- You will be accountable for project deliveries, and managing the overall building of interior projects assigned.
- You will help in defining and implementing criteria for quality, cost control, and timely management of the projects in the region.
- You will be liable for guiding and managing coordination with the vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Execution:
- Coordinating with the design professionals, consultants, and clients while successfully directing the Site Supervisors, Estimator, and other construction-related personnel in planning, coordinating, and safely completing the work by the contract documents schedule, and budget.
- You will ensure that the designated projects are completed within the timetable while satisfying client needs, quality parameters, and design guidelines.
- You will also serve as the point of contact for escalations between the Client (or his representative) & Siloho, as and when required, and ensure that the projects are delivered on time within Siloho quality standards.
Reporting:
- You will appoint and qualify formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the Clients and Company.
