DGS has been awarded as ‘Best Vendor’ by Compass Group. The company is presently supplying Milk & Milk products under the Brand of ‘Amul’, ‘Gowardhan’, ‘Warana’, ‘Akshara’, ‘Govind’, ‘Heritage’.

Our product range includes fresh milk, curd, paneer, flavored milk, cream, butter, cheese, and other dairy products, sourced from the best farms and dairies in the region. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the products we distribute meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety.

BCom Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

Designation - Senior Manager 

Job Profile - 

1. Accounting, Taxation and MIS

2. Lead 2-3 team members

Responsibilities:

1. Daily and monthly MIS

2. Manage all accounting transactions (Purchase, Sale, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Vouchers etc.)

3. Prepare financial statements

4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

6. Ensure timely bank payments to vendors 

7. Ensure timely bank receipts from customers

8. GST and TDS payments and monthly, quarterly and annual returns

9. ⁠PF, PT compliance 

10. Accounts basic concepts and fundamentals

11. Taxation - GSTR1 and 3B filling knowledge ( Reco with 2B) 

12. VLOOKUP and Pivot handy knowledge

13. Bank reconciliation (Invoice to invoice reco) 

14. Ledgers (Creditors / Debtors) reconciliation

Requirement-

1. Proficient in MS Excel

2. Tally Prime (Tally TDL knowledge candidate will have additional advantage)

Information Security Manager shall be primarily responsible to :

• Run and manage the BAU security infosec operations
• Create and maintain ISMS Policy and Process documents
• Ensure Infosec compliance with RBI and other regulatory agencies
• Participate in IT / Infosec Audits and ensure closure of observations within given timeliness
• Conduct regular VAPT (Vulnerability Assessments) and track closure of open observations
• Identifying and evaluating new IT security technologies and services and implementing it
• Ensure cyber security related polices and technologies are in place
• Conducting regular Inforsec Awareness within users in the organization
• The person needs to work closely with the CISO and other stakeholders – Risk, IT and Audit teams.

Key Accountability:

• Ensuring adequate security controls are in place & working effectively within the organization for information & cyber security
• Ensuring effectiveness of all IT controls to prevent any unauthorized access or activities at a system administration level
• Identify potential security weaknesses through vulnerability assessments and track them to closure within the timeliness
• Tracking and reporting key risk indicators defined for IT processes
• Create and maintain the documentation for information system audits in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Create / Review ISMS policy and process
• Implement Strategic IT Infosec projects to strengthen the overall IT Security posture

Understanding internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objective.

Initiating improvements to the Financial Control and Auditing process.

Acquire, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, data’s & reports.

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.

Identify loopholes and suggest appropriate risk management activities.

Maintain open communication with management committee.

Conduct follow up audits.

Desire Skills:-

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in Accounting and Audit

Experience in finalization of accounts

Experience in payroll audit 

Knowledge and expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, Accounting and Audit Standards

Minimum 4 or 5 years of experience is needed.

Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills.

Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards.

• Proficiency with MS Power BI / SSRS.

• Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).

• Understanding of structured query language (SQL).
