Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, including frontend interfaces and backend services.

Solid understanding of database design and queries using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, or AWS

Technical Lead (Embedded Software - Linux)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software/Linux development engineers working on microcontroller firmware development, Linux platform drivers and IOT solutions. Should be able to guide team members, resolve technical roadblocks and deliver project commitments. Will be the go-to person and first-level escalation point for all technical issues faced by the team. Shift : 4 pm to 1 am

Oversee the payroll operations in EMEA & APAC and North America (Exp in Countries - Germany, France, UK and Spain)

Provide direct support and governance to third party payroll vendor. Implement, direct, and maintain procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll outside the U.S., in conjuncture with HR.

Work with Legal, Finance, Accounting and HR to ensure payroll compliance in all regions. Be the point of contact for day-to-day international payroll operations. Ensure service delivery is accurate, timely and aligned with service level agreements.
