Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and train students/professionals in digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong ability to communicate, mentor, and inspire learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Email Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Content Marketing
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Conduct workshops, live projects, and case study discussions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners.
Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):
- Google Ads Certification
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
