We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team at Nway Technologies. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors and clients, ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department, and manage sign-in procedures.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries. Monitor and respond to the company’s general email inbox.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Visitor Coordination: Prepare and manage visitor badges, ensure visitors are escorted as needed, and maintain visitor logs.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as required.
- Documentation and Filing: Assist with data entry, document management, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Security Protocols: Follow and enforce security protocols for visitor access and office safety.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Experience in an IT or tech company is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
