Sales Operations Analyst

Client is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Chennai Tech & Data team, with a focus on supporting and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem and its integrated applications. Responsibilities

●         Salesforce System Support: Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues and bugs within Salesforce Sales Cloud and its associated applications, escalating complex issues as needed.

●         Enhancement Collaboration: Support the development and deployment of enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and business needs are met.

●         Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they function correctly and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

●         Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices, contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.

●         System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Salesforce systems, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

●         Process Improvement: Contribute to refining and implementing operational processes and workflows, enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

●         Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, providing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Success:                                                                                                            

●         Salesforce Expertise: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or customization. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.

●         Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence is a plus.

●         Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.

●         Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, emailers, and WhatsApp campaigns

Create offline collaterals including posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and presentations

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets

Translate marketing briefs into clear, effective visual concepts

Adapt creatives for multiple formats, platforms, and campaign requirements

Manage parallel design requests while meeting timelines

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with parents and adult learners and schedule high-impact 1:1 video counseling sessions

2. Conduct consultative, value-driven counseling, address objections, and influence decision-makers toward successful enrollments

3. Manage and optimize the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to final conversion, ensuring consistent follow-ups and closures

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have 8+ years relevant experience in Java Design Development.
• Extensive experience working on solution design and API design.
• Experience in Java development at an enterprise level (Spring Boot, Java 17+, Spring Security, Microservices, Spring).
• Extensive work experience in monolithic applications using Spring.
• Extensive experience leading API development and integration (REST/JSON).
• Extensive work experience using Apache Camel.
• In-depth technical knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Ability to refactor and optimize existing code for performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Experience working with Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience in container platforms (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• DevOps knowledge including:
• Configuring continuous integration, deployment, and delivery tools like Jenkins or Codefresh
• Container-based development using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Instrumenting monitoring and logging of applications

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Experience in working with SDLC. Experience in end to end SDLC documentations.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Application.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Hands-on experience in Web Services
• Excellent programming, unit testing and debugging skills in Mobile Java (Android and Kotlin)
• Good designing skills based on object-oriented design patterns & frameworks
• Basic/core Java/Kotlin/OOPS knowledge and an understanding of Java technologies is mandatory
• Very good exposure in frameworks like Android Architecture, SDK, SDK Development
• Strong Experience in Mobile Application Development Life Cycle
• Experience in Design Patterns MVVM, MVP etc.
• Programming new Android Applications from specifications
• Experience in implementing communication with API servers via web-services using JSON and XML
• Exploring upcoming new features of Android Platform

Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
