Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, developing predictive models, and communicating findings to drive data-informed decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data visualization, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct EDA to understand data distributions, identify patterns, and uncover insights.
• Feature Engineering: Select, transform, and create relevant features to improve model performance.
• Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and other analytical tasks.
• Model Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and select the best model based on business requirements.
• Model Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models into production and monitor their performance over time.

 1.Experience in proper MERN Stack

 2.In depth knowledge of Node JS, Angular JS, MongoDB 

 3.Experience in implementing applications using AngularJS.

 4.Experience in creating front end applications using HTML 5, Angular JS, LESS/SASS 

 5.Javascript experience both on client as well as on server side

 6.Experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns

 7.Good experience with multiple third party API's integration

 8.Experience in MongoDB scaling and optimization

 9.Experience with cloud technologies AWS Lambda & EC2 setup

 10.Experience in creating RESTful based web services in JSON & XML

 11.PLUS to have additional experience in Angular 2+/

 12.Added experience in MySQL optimisation would be a great plus 

 13.Good communication, analytical and logical skills to understand and work with any kind of project requirements independently

The Incumbent will:  Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end to end delivery of high quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.  Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.  Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

 Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.  Responsible for managing multiple projects involving 15-20-member team consisting of middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.  Responsible for the end to end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.  Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.  Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting and analytical skills.  Review and ensure the preparation of the following: ▪ System Architecture ▪ External Specifications & Internal Specifications ▪ Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project plan ▪ Technical Documentation ▪ Weekly status updates to all stakeholders  Ensure process and system compliances in the projects.  Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.  Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains  Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.  Coach/ mentor the members in the project and provide necessary support to them.  Performance appraisal/ counselling of the group members.  Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.  Ensure project compliance with Company's Quality Systems and Procedures.

 The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech from a reputed institute, with 10-12 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.  Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP’s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W  Good experience on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL, planning, budgeting & QA  PMP or PMI certification is desirable. Domain knowledge of BFSI practices is an advantage.  Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.  Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and Data Analysis  Understanding the company’s vision and goals, business operations and market.  Is adept in stakeholder management and possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure customer delight.  Possess good people management skills and is able to manage performance and disciplinary issues, handle employee complaints and grievances and recommend the hiring, termination and promotion of staff; Should be able to train, mentor, motivate and lead a successful team. Should be well versed with attrition related issues and case management.  Should have: Strong leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal and written communication & presentation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness and diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and team work. • Responsible for advising clients in the areas relating to Company registration, GST registrations, tax services, and corporate filings, etc.
• Responsible for client Handling across the globe and able to Close the Loop.
• Must be capable of engaging with the clients on multiple communications channels and be one point of contact for any quires. 
• Convert prospective leads into sales and explore opportunities for up-selling and cross-sales
• Develop contacts and build good Business Relations with Clients. And to ensure minimum refunds and maximum Positive Feedbacks. 

• Apply knowledge of Javascript (ES6) including all the latest features
• Usage of third party libraries for Maps, UI scaling, Styles, Secure storage, Permissions, Navigation, Splash screen, Network. Analytics. Push notifications, Localization, Calendar, etc.
• Build and run apps using Xcode, and Android Studio
• Persistence support using frameworks like Realm
• Comprehend performance issues and solve them
• Knowledge of Git (including merging, branching and resolving merge conflicts)

• Ability to create flexbox driven UI layout
• Configuring ESLint for JS code linting
• Being aware of alternate state management mechanisms like MobX
• Is proficient in either iOS or Android programming too.

A Quantitative Strategist/Quantitative Trader profile at QuantX requires rigorous quantitative aptitude and go-get attitude.

Requirements

Education (Candidate should satisfy one of the following)

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics or B.Sc./M.Sc. Statistics from a reputed college with good grades
• Tech with good grades and strong quantitative aptitude
• CFA/FRM Level 1 cleared
• Any other degree with Financial Derivatives as a subject and through knowledge of Derivative Greeks (Portfolio Level, Risk Management, Hedging)  

Skills

Preferences

Following skill sets are not required but candidate will get preference if he/she possesses any of the following:

• Working knowledge of python for historical data analysis or working on real-time analytics getting feed from a web API (Data structures, numpy, scikit-learn, tensor flow)
• MATLAB/R for Time series analysis
• Knowledge of AFL ( Amibroker Formula Language)
