What we are looking for?

We are looking for PHP Developers with experience in Laravel to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications from scratch and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.

What is the skill set required for this job profile?

• Candidates should have a strong knowledge of PHP.
• Write clean, well-designed code using the PHP framework, and other related technologies
• Candidates should have experience/ knowledge working with at least one PHP framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, or CakePHP. They should have a good understanding of the framework's architecture and be able to use it to develop complex web applications.
• Candidates should have experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They should be able to create responsively and have experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Candidates should be familiar with version control systems such as Git and be able to collaborate effectively with other developers using tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Candidates should be able to analyze complex problems and find solutions using logical reasoning and creative thinking. They should be able to troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and effectively.
• Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and developing web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, or CakePHP
• Writing clean and efficient code that follows industry best practices and standards
• Should be able to read and understand the existing code base
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features for new and existing applications
• Build integrations with multiple eCommerce platforms for our SaaS applications
• Implementing and maintaining third-party APIs to integrate with existing applications
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and usability
• Collaborating with other developers to maintain and improve existing code and applications
• Working with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time
• Testing and deploying code to production environments.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and PHP frameworks

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  or a related degree Program

Fresher candidates with good programming language are applicable for this position.

What you will do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be intrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understand the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their usage across multiple use cases. Utilizing Django, you'll architect back-end infrastructures optimized for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. Working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.

1. Back-end Development: Utilize Django to architect robust back-end infrastructures. Ensure they are tailored for complex data processes and seamless LLM interactions.

At Punchh, we are building the next generation AI-enabled marketing loyalty platform. We are looking for a talented UX professional to create best-in-class experiences that drive customer and business value. 

Our ideal candidate excels at leading the design of simple and impactful B2B SAAS products while closely collaborating with design, research, product management, and engineering in a fast-paced, collaborative and customer-focused environment. You will work with various stakeholders to understand user needs, identify use cases, design UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final mock-ups, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of your designs. 

What You'll Do

• Work closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineering, and customers to design simple and elegant products and features
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflows, scenarios, concepts, wireframes, prototypes and final mock-ups to communicate designs to stakeholders
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our product is best-in-breed
• Drive the design review cycle with key stakeholders and customers to ensure the designs achieve the set goals
• Lead and support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Work with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer for complex web applications
• A fundamental understanding of the UX design process from discovery, through definition, design, and implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des/Any other equivalent degree)
• A passion for creating simple and elegant solutions that drive user and business value
• Proficiency in standard UX software (we use Figma)
• A portfolio of design work with case studies demonstrating your process and the impact of your efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates to deliver the best possible solution for our users

Bonus Points If You

• Possess working knowledge of loyalty programs, CRM, and/or email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of B2B Space
