Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing specializing in HVAC, Cleanroom Technology, and Turnkey Engineering Projects. This role is responsible for driving B2B sales growth, client acquisition, tendering, and brand presence across key industries including Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare/Hospitals, Microelectronics, and Industrial Manufacturing. The candidate will lead techno-commercial discussions, build relationships with consultants/PMCs, and secure high-value turnkey project orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pipeline Building: Identify and capitalize on upcoming projects requiring industrial HVAC, cleanroom modular paneling, containment systems, and turnkey MEP installations in Pharma, Biotech, and High-Tech sectors.
• Consultant & PMC Empanelment: Network with HVAC consultants, architects, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and industrial builders to ensure company empanelment and specification inclusion in project tenders.
• Tendering & Techno-Commercial Proposals: Analyze RFQs, tender drawings, and client specifications to prepare accurate estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and competitive techno-commercial bids.
• Solution Selling & Technical Presentations: Pitch specialized cleanroom solutions (ISO 14644 compliance, WHO-GMP, USFDA standards) and custom HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, ducting, LAFs) to key decision-makers and engineering heads.
• Contract Negotiation & Account Management: Conduct price negotiations, finalize contract terms, manage payment milestones, and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
• Marketing & Industry Branding: Represent the organization at industry expos (e.g., CPHI, PharmaPro, ISHRAE events), oversee technical marketing collaterals, and execute targeted B2B digital and direct campaigns.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a strong plus).
• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on technical sales, tendering, or business development experience in HVAC, Cleanroom modular systems, MEP, or industrial Turnkey EPC projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC system design, cleanroom classification (ISO 5 to ISO 8), GMP guidelines, pressure cascades, and air handling systems.
• Software: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel (for BOQ/costing), AutoCAD (basic layout review), and PowerPoint.

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer (5–8 years) to join our core engineering team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of embedded hardware design, including schematics, component selection, library creation, and guiding PCB layout through fabrication in collaboration with PCB teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a practical understanding of real-world systems, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end embedded hardware systems (analogue & digital) from concept to production 

• Architect and implement designs using MPUs/MCUs (i.MX, Sitara, STM32, Renesas) 

• Develop robust schematics, perform component selection, and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance considerations 

• Implement and integrate high-speed and industrial interfaces (DDR, Ethernet, USB, CAN, RS-485, SPI, I2C, UART) 

• Perform circuit simulations and design validation using tools like PSpice / LTSpice 

• Work closely with PCB layout engineers to: 

• Define stack-up and routing constraints 

• Ensure Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) 

• Review and approve PCB layouts

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, as well as experience in integrating these solutions with various back-end systems and third-party services. We have servers to be managed, databases to be administered, embedded devices to run GNU/Linux and customers to be supported who are using those devices for various networking services that we provide.

We want someone with experience on Debian or Ubuntu as primary OS, knows networking concepts . Bonus if you know your way around to automate stuff with bash/Go/Perl/Python etc.

Experience in Network Design for connecting large number of geographically distributed locations ( >= 20 is considerable, though >=200 would be great) and understanding of routing protocols like OSPF and BGP will be an added advantage.
