Qualification: BBA/MBA in sales and marketing or
Graduation with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: 1 - 2 years.

Expected Work : The Sales and Marketing Executive -
⦁ Must meet and exceed sales targets.
⦁ will generate business from new and existing clients.
⦁ Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build long lasting strategic relationships with the client.
⦁ Should manage complex negotiations and prepare sales pitches.
⦁ Will organise on-field sales visits.
⦁ Should be able to handle multiple projects at once.
⦁ Must aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
⦁ Will review sales performance.
⦁ Must have a proficient understanding of email marketing, social media marketing and digital marketing.
⦁ Will be working closely with Graphics Design, Web Development, Business Finance Teams to achieve joint ambitions.
⦁ Should efficiently manage inter-departmental communication.

• Define and ensure visual and brand consistency
• Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces for cross-device experiences
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built accurately to spec
• Share and present workflows, wireframes, and designs across multiple teams
• Research and benchmark latest UX/UI designs and standard practices across mobile and web
• Design logos, icons, flyers, pamphlets, and other marketing material
• Proficient in creating high and low fidelity prototypes

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional design skills, with acute attention to detail
• A great Portfolio that communicates a clean and up to date visual design sense
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop
• Ability to take a product concept from wireframe to high fidelity design mocks
• Understand the visual and the functional aspects of Web/Mobile design
• Understanding of newest tools and trends in UI/UX
• Creative problem-solving skill
• should be familiar with in addition to Photoshop: Balsamiq, Invision, Sketch, and Zeplin.

Job Responsibilities
Participate in detailed level in design, coding, code walk through, peer code reviews and unit testing,  System Testing, UAT, Demos, POCs, installation, maintenance of Software modules. 

❑ Ensures the preparation of the following: 

▪ Software prototype 

▪ System Architecture 

▪ Software Design Document 

▪ User interfaces to be developed as per UX guidelines 

▪ Code files ensuring coding guidelines followed 

▪ Code review artefacts during peer code review 

▪ Test plan and Test Cases 

▪ Installation / Deployment document 

▪ Release Document 

▪ Technical Documentation 

❑ Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagram, charts,  code. comments and clear code; Ensuring that project task are completed in defined effort and timelines ❑ Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards & programming. 

❑ Testing: Writing of test cases, unit testing, system testing, negative testing 

❑ Trouble shooting: Log analysis and database query optimization  

❑ Improves operations by conducting system's analysis. 

❑ Updates job knowledge by studying state of the art development tools, programming techniques & computing equipment; participates in educational opportunities, reads professional publications & maintains  personal networks.  

❑ Protects operations by keeping information confidential. 

❑ Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.  ❑ Develops software solution by studying information needs, conferring with users, studding system flow,  data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas, following delivery cycle. 

Required Technical Skills: 

• Java (highly capable)
• SQL (highly capable)
• Strong knowledge of software best practices, build processes, IDEs, database tools (e.g. SQL Developer, SQL Management Studio)
• Strong knowledge of source code control systems (GIT)
• Confident with Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems including command line
• Working knowledge of JIRA
