Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, connecting with schools and driving LogIQids’ mission forward.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

● Engage with school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

● Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how LogIQids enhances students’ learning experience.

● Travel (within and outside the city) to establish partnerships and onboard schools.

Sales Pipeline Management & Execution

● Track leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to meet your targets.

● Maintain a structured sales funnel ensuring smooth conversions.

● Work closely with the School Relationship Manager to ensure a seamless program rollout post-signing. Market Research & Strategy

● Analyze competitors, research market trends, and implement new initiatives to explore untapped geographies.

● Identify top schools in target regions and generate a list of qualified leads.

Skills Required:

mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack framework.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Expertise in backend programming with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Experience with React.js and redux.
• Material UI and 3rd party libraries.

What you will be doing

You will join our team as our Senior PHP Developer (Laravel) and your main responsibilities will be to:

• Write clean and maintainable code with good test coverage.
