Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, sales) to design solutions that meet business objectives.
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
· Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
· Support in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new initiatives.
· Liaise between business teams and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for management decision-making.
· Support testing activities (UAT) by validating solutions against requirements.
· Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support business strategy.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards and assist in ISO certification readiness (if applicable).
Skills & Competencies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
· Knowledge of business process modelling, requirement gathering techniques, and gap analysis.

Qualifications

· Experience in IT/Software, Consulting, or SaaS domain preferred.
· Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) or Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) will be an added advantage.
