Role & Responsibilities

Data Organization and Governance: Define and maintain governance standards that span multiple systems (AWS, Fivetran, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Salesforce/nCino, Looker), ensuring that data remains accurate, accessible, and organized across the organization.

Solve Data Problems Proactively: Address recurring data issues that sidetrack operational and strategic initiatives by implementing processes and tools to anticipate, identify, and resolve root causes effectively.

System Integration: Lead the integration of diverse systems into a cohesive data environment, optimizing workflows and minimizing manual intervention.

Hands-On Problem Solving: Take a hands-on approach to resolving reporting issues and troubleshooting data challenges when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and solve our biggest challenges

Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in data management practices.

Strategic Data Support: Ensure that marketing, analytics, and other strategic initiatives are not derailed by data integrity issues, enabling the organization to focus on growth and innovation.

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Compensation : Upto 27 LPA (Commensurate with Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas :- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, Corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

Job Title: Engineering Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery, design, architecture, and quality for our multi-customer SaaS product. You will lead and mentor the engineering team, drive scalable design and high-quality delivery, manage releases across customer environments, and ensure the stability and performance of the product in production.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Delivery & Release Management: Plan and deliver product features and customer-specific releases on time with high quality, ensuring operational readiness and stability across environments.

·        Technical Design & Architecture: Lead technical design and high-scale architecture for new and existing modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

·        Team Management: Mentor and guide engineers, ensure clarity in priorities, unblock challenges, and foster a culture of ownership and quality within the team.

·        Requirement to Delivery: Work with product and customer teams to understand requirements, translate them into designs and implementation plans, and track them through to delivery.

·        Product Quality: Establish and maintain engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high product quality and reliability.

·        Troubleshooting & Support: Lead the team in debugging complex issues in development and production, ensuring minimal downtime and strong customer satisfaction.

·        Hands-on Contribution: Actively contribute technically where needed, providing architectural guidance and coding support aligned with the team’s stack.

Requirements:

·        Experience: 8–12 years in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

·        Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance architectures and technical solutions.

·        Experience delivering multi-customer SaaS product releases, including phased and customer-specific configurations.

·        Strong track record of ensuring product quality and stability through structured processes, testing, and monitoring.

·        Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams towards resolution.

·        Experience in mentoring and managing engineering teams to drive aligned delivery and high performance.

·        Hands-on experience with your relevant tech stack (e.g., Python, Django, Angular, AWS, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ).

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Product, QA, and Customer Support teams.

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of companies in key partner institutes
• Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute
• Define custom made' offerings for the parents of a particular institute
• Single point of contact between the company institute partnerships team, institute management and companies inside sales team
• Account management: Be responsible for anything and everything' in the partner institutes
• Be responsible for parent outreach in the institutes
• Strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition along with the management - events, referrals etc.
• P& L; owner of key accounts
• Take lead in selling and implementing companies full suite of financial and payment solutions in the partner institutes
• Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of these initiatives / projects while working directly with the founding team
• Own execution from strategy design and setup to pilot and eventual scale-up
• Work closely with different teams within the company (sales, marketing, strategy, and product) to execute the project
• Build and lead high-performing teams to scale these initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree from top tier colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS etc. ) and 2-6 years of experience in project management, product development, growth, new initiatives at top startups
• Track record of out performance / over-achieving targets in previous work places
• Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results in a time-bound manner
• Prior experience in early stage startups or as a founder is a huge plus
• Prior exposure to B2C or understanding of financial services is a plus

What you will be working on: 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features.

Here are some technical skills require:  

• Independently own features and create feature test plans/strategies based on development and feature completion milestones.   
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.   

• Design automation framework for automating feature tests.   
• Participate in test cases, test plans, s and code reviews.  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.   
• Participate in bug trailing, tracking quality assurance metrics.  
• Hands-on experience with Python-Selenium or Cypress, will be preferred.   

• Familiarity with Test Management systems like XRay and bug tracker like JIRA tools.

• 3-10 Years of relevant experience in QA Automation.   
• Expert at test automation, creating test plans, test strategies for testing multiple product modules   

• Should be able to quickly analyze failures and trace back to issues in the product or the automation suite.  
• As a Software Development Engineer in Test you should be an expert at test automation for APIs as well as UI, creating test plans and test strategies for testing product features.  
• You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their automation code and test cases to ensure good coverage and quality of a feature  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.  
• Be a quick learner and be open to working on new technologies if needed.    

• Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills.    
• Be able to step up when the situation demands such as meeting deadlines and critical production issues.    
• Propose changes or enhancements to the framework for enabling new feature tests.  

 Few Skills which will add brownie points to your role  

• Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage   
• Awareness of general manual and automation concepts and all types of testing methods  
• Knowledge of the Backup or Storage domain will be an advantage.
