Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Intern who wants to dive deep into product analytics, growth experimentation, and user-centric problem solving.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager, APMs, engineering team, and the Founders, gaining hands-on experience in digging into user data, fixing and validating tracking, and helping ship fast experiments and product improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and ready to dive into the operational, data, and execution work that drives B2C product growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in defining tracking plans and validating events across Mixpanel/GA4/Amplitude.

• Support analysis of user funnels to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities.

• Help run MVP experiments, from hypothesis to analysis.

• Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics and contribute insights that impact the final product.

• Work with design, engineering, ops, and growth teams to support feature execution.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and create lightweight documentation/PRDs.

• Participate in cross-functional teams and support execution across product initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Students from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, top engineering/business schools preferred).

• Strong analytical mindset, good with numbers, Excel/Sheets; SQL exposure is a plus.

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and back them with structured, data-backed insights.

• High ownership attitude, willing to pick up tasks and run independently.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle workforce compensation and Talent Management)

 POSITION SUMMARY

·    7-9+ years experience in Oracle Cloud.

·    Must have experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Oracle workforce compensation and Talent Management).

·    End to end configuration of above Modules.

·    Create and update configuration books.

·    Support the preparation and execution of test scripts and resolve testing defects.

·    Create and update functional design documents.

·    Release upgrade testing.

·    Securities.

·    Good presentation and communication skills - Responsible for communicating and escalating project issues to the team leads.

·    Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Modules.

·   Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology.

·   Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment.

·    Experience in creating workflow and security for the module.

·    Good to have experience in Redwood theme and Visual builder studio.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of the backend systems for our client's first product.
• Build reliable, secure, and performant backend systems.
• Drive test coverage and continuous delivery automation within the team.
• Mentor and provide feedback to teammates.
• You should have a min of 8 years of software development experience and management.
• Can write code that is readable, maintainable, secure, and performant.
• Know the importance of tests and how to approach writing different types of tests, good intuition for REST API design
• Deep understanding of relational databases, transactions, entity-relationship modeling.
• Comfortable writing highly concurrent systems.

Backend Developer (Django + MongoDB) Bangalore Role and Responsibilities We're looking for a hands-on Sr. Backend Developer to work on the design and development of our backend services which are written in Python/Django.

Responsibilities

● Developing restful APIs using the Python Django framework.

● Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

● Interface with business to define requirements, and deliverables, and provide the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure on-time delivery.

● Work closely with front-end team, Android team, iOS team, Designers and operations to ease integration skills.

● Expert in Python, with knowledge of Django.

● Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, and Celery.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience building web-scale, highly available backends for web and/or mobile.

● 5+ years of experience with Django, MongoDB, Celery, and Django REST Framework.

● Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

• Senior integration developer who is having experience in any two of the integrations tools, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica.
• Understand, gather and document requirements
• Analyze and design the solution, if needed help PM/Architect to decide the architecture
• Develop the solution and guide the team to develop the solution
• Follow coding guidelines
• Test the developed solution
• Follow the organizational / project processes
• Provide necessary support with right attitude to the project manager and the project team
