Roles and Responsibility:

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills like React JS, React Native, Node JS, QA, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, etc.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and platforms.
• Should be proactive

• Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
• Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning of a medical facility.
• Review large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
• Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
• Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
• Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
• Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
• Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
• Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.
• Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
• Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.

Job Highlights

• 6-12 months of experience in Bench Sales is required
• Required Skills: Minimum of 6-12 months proven Bench sales (US Staffing) experience
• Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates,H1B,EAD and OPT preferred
• Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp,1099,W2 preferred
• 6-12 months of experience in Bench Sales is required.
• Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B,OPT,GC,US Citizen).
• Experience in marketing and the available Consultants.
• Regular interaction and identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.

Required Skills: 

• Minimum of 6-12 months proven Bench sales (US Staffing) experience.
• Excellence experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants.
• Following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
• Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
• Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred.
• Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
