Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Travel/Airline Process (Blended)

Process Overview:

• Industry Preference: Airline / Travel Industry Background.
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Travel Industry (Mandatory).
• Process Type: Blended (Chat & Voice Support).
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week.
• Transportation: Both-side Cab Facility.
• Communication Level: Excellent English Communication (C1 Level Required).
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
• Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, baggage policies, and other travel-related concerns via chat and voice.
• Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, fares, routes, and travel guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Meet defined KPIs such as quality scores, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and service guidelines.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our founding team and drive our product development. If you’re someone who thrives on high ownership, can figure stuff out on your own and wants to be part of the zero-to-one journey, this might be for you.

• Tl;dr code, debug and repeat, but since job descriptions are supposed to be serious stuff, feel free to read on;
• You’ll be responsible for architecture and development of both frontend and backend systems;
• Brainstorm and prioritize features with the product team based on technical feasibility to define the product roadmap;
• Ownership of shipping features from writing the frontend and backend code to making it live;
• Unless you’re the one who writes answers on stackoverflow, your code is going to break so make sure you can come back and fix it;

• If you can write code that works, we should be good but read on (disclaimer: most of what follows is not a hard requirement);
• You have 1-3 years of experience building a product from scratch or being in the initial engineering team of an early stage startup;
• Well versed with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript to craft intuitive UIs;
• Worked with React.JS & Redux (or similar frameworks) to build scalable, reusable components;
• You've built backend architectures using Node.js & Postgres (Brownie points if you’ve worked with Redis & Sequelize);
• Deployed applications on AWS using services like RDS, EC2, S3, Cloudfront;
• You can write tests, are great at logging {by great logging we don’t mean embarrassing console logs} & error tracking using tools like Sentry & Travis CI;
• Most of the above is us trying to sound legit about our stack, so if you’ve not worked with some of it & are open to learning or have better ideas, it’s totally cool;

Location: Delhi NCR, India (Remote for now, hybrid model post-covid)

Experience Level – 2 to 8 years

Must-Have:

• Core Java (Must be good in Core Java concepts, Java programming practices, Clean coding.)
• Spring Framework(Must have working experience in Spring Core)
• Any SQL framework(hands-on working experience in any of these: Hibernate/JPA/MyBatis/Spring Data/Others)
• Hands-on experience in REST API
• Hands-on experienceSQL Database(any of the databases: Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQLServer)
• Must have working experience with basic GIT
• Maven or Gradle (Must have working experience in building Java projects using maven or Gradle.)
• Should be able to work independently under someone's guidance.

Good to have:

• Advanced Java(Threading, Performance optimization)
• Spring Boot
• Other Spring frameworks(Spring Security, Spring Batch, Others)
• Microservices - Any NoSQL database(MongoDB, Cassandra, others)
• Application designing concepts.

Hands on experience in Python in 2.x and 3.x versions

• Developed and deployed services in AWS serverless Architecture
• Developed REST API’s using serverless framework, AWS Lambda, API Gateway
• Developed queue and notification services using AWS components - SQS, SNS
• Implemented authorization and authentication using AWS Cognito pool
• Developed Facial recognition systems using AWS Rekognition
• Hands on experience in Flask, Tornado, Quartz framework
• Hands on experience in designing and working on MicroService & Monolithic architecture
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Mongo dB experience is must
