• Ensure correct and timely reporting

• performance tracking; ensure regular monitoring and report on plan vs. actual performance

• Present updates to senior management
• Assist with the management of the project life cycle from inception to final delivery sign-off
• Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables
• Assist Project Manager (PM) to ensure project requirements, standards, and documentation are followed
• Assist PM with reporting on the project status and health

• Expertise Area – CMS is must
• Preference – Prior SBIC working experience

Requirements

• Banking domain, cards area (Credit, debit and prepaid)
• Excellent understanding of Cards and payments technologies
• Know-how of process mapping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, documentation
• Good understanding of following aspects of Vision Plus – CMS, FAS, CDM, TRAMS, Functional understanding of all VisionPLUS blocks, VMXservices, Various reports.
• End to end exposure on testing related activities.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools like JIRA / QC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Perform peer review and regular reporting on progress made.
• Must be a very good team player & willing to learn new skills.

Reading the judgements, order copies and cause lists of the cases.

- Understanding each case and Analysing the criticality of the cases assigned.

- Complete Research on the subjects and cases assigned.

- Reading and writing synopsis or description of the analysis.

- Managing additional activities related to court record checks and other verifications.

- Coordinating with the extended team effortlessly for the fulfilment of the tasks.

Requirements:

1. The candidate must be a LLB- degree holder or a Final year Law student.

2. The candidate must have abreast legal knowledge and should be thorough with common acts and sections.

3. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. The candidate must have brilliant Drafting and Interpretation skills.

4.The candidate must be available for a 6-month full-time internship.

5. The candidate must have an eye for detail and the ability to identify risks

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings/demos with potential clients and understand their business
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years
• Experience in eCommerce/SAAS/Fintech/Tech industries
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Work along with various internal, and external stakeholders, on various patent / IP / corporate law / competition law related matters and projects.
• Ensure the interests of the organization are protected by designing, drafting & vetting various internal and external legal policies and systems like vendor services agreement/NDAs/channel partner agreements, terms of services agreement/referral agreements/collaboration agreements/joint marketing agreements/MoUs/consulting agreements / employment agreement, employment exit agreement, and department undertakings & policies.
• Helping various teams understand the rules and principles of law in simple language.
• Identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises;
• Entering and managing data from standardized or negotiated agreements into internal systems and assisting in the maintenance of databases.

• EXPERIENCE- Fresher
• EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Relevant degree or Masters/ Bachelors in Business / Corporate Law / IP Law.
• SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, can adapt to other technologies very quickly.
