About the Company

STAC Fine Jewellery is a young start up that launched in April 2018 with the vision of creating fine jewellery in 18kt gold that can be worn everyday. You can read more about us at www.stacfinejewellery.com. We are looking for someone with a creative mind and experience in the space of graphic design and content creation. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Requirements 

• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite - Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Video editing skills is a bonus 
• Practical understanding and experience in printing collaterals
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
• A work portfolio of graphic design experience so far
• Good communication skills and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Written and oral English proficiency
• Interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
• Up to date and informed on the latest social media trends
• Highly motivated and a self-starter 
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
• Candidate should be based in Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand their vision for various projects
• Day-to-Day content development for all marketing initiatives: Stories, Posts, emails, paid ads, website content, blogs, Whatsapp communication
• Translate marketing briefs into meaningful and impactful content
• Work with the marketing team to produce the final design.
• Understand the brand design language and use the appropriate colors and layouts.
• Design packaging collaterals 
• Develop reels and gifs 
• Conceptualize and Design marketing collateral for campaigns and events 
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Experience: 0-6 months

• 1-9 years of overall working experience in the software environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Software Development.
• NET technologies - .NET 5, .NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular, Typescript, Azure and MS SQL.
• Coding and designing skills.
• Knowledge of database, SQL Queries, procedures & functions is must.
• Good knowledge of cloud concepts and CI/CD.
• Ability to assimilate technical and functional solutions.
• Ability to do code review and deliver quality.
• Knowledge of unit testing with mock.
• Cloud experience.
• Experience using TFS/GIT source control.
• Containerization (Docker) plus orchestration (Kubernetes or OpenShift) are good to have.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent service & industry leading solutions development.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Performing Manual Functionality Testing
2. Preparing Documentation like Test Plan, User manual etc.
3. Co-ordination with Business team for requirement understanding
4. Providing operational support as needed

Skills & Qualification:

1. BE or MCA
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience
3. Experience in Manual Testing of App, Web and APIs
4. Basic Knowledge of SQL
5. Knowledge of JavaScript and Automation Tool like Selinium, Jmeter etc. is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Generate business and close new clients from all industry sectors (law firms, automotive, financial services, tech and pharmaceutical companies) through referrals, online campaigns, cold calling, networking (like, LinkedIn, Just Dial, IndiaMart, Sulekha, Yellow pages, PPC), and other means (tradeshows, etc.)

• Generate, pursue and close translation and interpreting opportunities in our key sectors and with target companies

• Develop and manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and reporting • Manage prospect pipeline and record customer interactions

• Create, maintain and leverage client relationships

• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop and promote the
company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients

• Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Set and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practices

• To work closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, Business Implementation, Vendor Management, Marketing, and Bid Management to develop and implement tailored solutions for new clients.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Fluency in English is essential

• University College degree

• Proven experience selling translation, interpreting, and localization services

• Negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Communication skills including the delivery of presentations and pitches

• Business analysis, planning, and organizational skills

• Experience in working with high-value sales targets

• Commercial awareness and results focus

• Engaging and consulting with senior-level management

• Experience in using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, V-tiger) to track sales activity

• Effective time management skills and attention to detail
