Mandatory Skills :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tamil Content Writer to create engaging and high-quality news content for our Tamil News Website. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills in Tamil, excellent research ability, and the capability to transform insights and information into compelling stories for our audience.

Job Description:

1. Write accurate, engaging, and high-quality Tamil news articles and stories for digital media platforms.

2. Create original and compelling content based on information, inputs, and insights provided by the editorial team.

3. Translate English news content into clear and reader-friendly Tamil while maintaining accuracy and context.

4. Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the reliability and credibility of the content.

5. Edit and proofread articles to maintain proper grammar, clarity, and journalistic standards.

6. Stay updated with current affairs, trending topics, and breaking news.

7. Adapt quickly to changing content requirements, formats, and publishing deadlines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Media, Tamil Literature, or any relevant field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales function:

* Acquisition of New Clients

* Responsible for business development for General Insurance products including Mediclaim, Asset, Fire, Liability, Engineering, Marine, etc.

* Create and execute strategies to explore new potential markets and retain existing clients.

* Driving Sales team for Initial contact for Enquiries / RFQ/Mandate Letters.

* Giving a clear understanding of the pricing and features of the product and their impact on profitability.

Relationship management

* Liaisoning with insurers and TPA to provide better services and quotes to clients.

Personal Skills

* At least 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing role

* Very strong written and verbal communication

* High customer empathy

* Strong problem solver,

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

. Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and managing sales pipeline

* Previous experience mainly in hunting, new client acquisition, and sales closures

* Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & CFOs is a plus

* Consistently meeting assigned sales targets

* Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

* Prepare the technical design of complex technology components

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

Role and Responsibility – Inside Sales Executive

• Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs.

• Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.

• Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.

• Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.

• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.

• Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.
• Create videos and animated gif's that show people how to DO things (people love walk-throughs)

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.
