What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for providing the sales teams with data-driven insights on all of our current and new partners and also support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting functions in order to drive them in the right direction. You will directly report to the top management and you will be working closely with Regional Heads and Sales Managers at PAN India level.
You’ll own the CRM, sales automation, sales dashboard, the sales process as well as the sales training module. You will build key dashboards for leading and lagging indicators with respect to the Sales targets.
You will proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. You will assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
You will provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
You will analyze and improve the time it takes to onboard a new partner.
You will serve as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams and keep finding innovative ways to promote the concept of digital safety in our partner stores. You will implement new technologies and automation as needed to support the sales team.
You will train new and existing team members on the sales processes and sales tech stack. You will bring task automation and bring agility to the sales team via use of technology.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations at manager level and above
- Experience with Modern trade in retail and understanding of VAS business would be beneficial
- Worked with a PAN india team in the past would be beneficial
- Implemented CRM/sales processes from scratch would be a plus
