We are looking for a storyteller who can profoundly understand the user and can translate our product details as per the user's needs. You like working with data and insights and making decisions based on it. You should be able to lead multiple stakeholder roles efficiently for international markets with a passion for technology. An eager candidate to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.
Key Responsibilities
- Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Define our GTM and partner with the rest of the team to execute the GTM. It will include work like demand generation, and creating sales playbooks, sales enablement content, and marketing assets.
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams - product, partner managers, marketing, and sales to craft thoughtful go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
- Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to define our own marketing strategy.

- 3+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing or product management.
- Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product’s lifecycle.
- Working experience in SaaS, preferably for international markets.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM, and analytical tools.

Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales in a technology services or IT consulting firm; prior experience in selling engineering services, remote teams, or managed services is a strong plus.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing enterprise or mid-market deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing software development, engineering team structures, and remote working models.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to C-level executives.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and experience of deal structuring.
• Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads via outbound prospecting, networking, etc.
• Analytical Orientation: Ability to analyze sales data, build forecasts, and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability & Initiative: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling / high-growth environment.
• Travel: Willingness to travel (domestic/international) for client meetings.
Mandatory
· Experience in Research, Design, Architecting high-performance iOS applications & saw commercially successful scale.
· Must have built applications individually (end-to-end).
· Have Experienced in Swift, Objective C, Cocoa framework, UIKit, Core Location, GCD, Auto Layout, Xcode & iOS applications.
Required technical skills
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer using GoLang with > 3 years prior experience in an Object Orientated language
- At least 1 year working experience on Linux operating system
Nice to have:
- Experience in the finance industry or knowledge of financial products/markets
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Java experience
- Experience with multi-tier application architecture and streaming systems
- Message streaming using Kafka
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development, unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
