Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel Developer with strong JavaScript skills to work across the full stack. You will build scalable backend systems, interactive frontends, robust APIs, and use modern AI tools to speed up development. This role involves backend coding, frontend development, database design, and full-stack integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Backend Development

• Build reliable PHP applications and REST APIs
• Write clean, maintainable Laravel code
• Create REST APIs and work with GraphQL when required
• Work with microservices and Docker-based environments
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding best practices

2. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and modular web UIs using JavaScript frameworks
• Build interactive components using React, Vue, or Angular
• Work with modern CSS frameworks and preprocessors
• Implement SPA features like routing & state management
• Ensure browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

3. Database Work

• Design database schemas for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Write optimized SQL queries via Eloquent ORM or Query Builder
• Implement indexing and performance optimization
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Manage migrations and ensure database stability

4. AI Tools & Productivity

• Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Tabnine)
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) into applications
• Build AI-powered features and automations
• Use AI tools for debugging, refactoring, and code optimization

5. Full-Stack Integration

• Connect frontend and backend layers smoothly
• Implement authentication and authorization flows
• Manage client-server data flow and API integrations
• Work with state management across the stack
• Ensure consistent and seamless user experiences

Backend Skills

• Strong experience with PHP 8+ & Laravel
• Eloquent ORM, Query Builder, Blade, Middleware, Events
• API development & authentication
• Redis/Memcached caching
• Queue management (Laravel Queues, Horizon)
• Working knowledge of Node.js

Frontend Skills

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, modules)
• React / Vue / Angular
• State management (Redux, Vuex, NgRx)
• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Laravel Mix
• CSS3, HTML5, Sass/Less or CSS-in-JS
• Responsive, mobile-first development

Database Skills

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis; MongoDB is a plus
• Schema design, optimization, indexing
• Migrations, normalization, performance tuning

AI Tools Experience

• Hands-on experience with coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine)
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Using AI tools for debugging & code improvement
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering

• Must have 4-5 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project, digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.
• Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
• Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK markets) through different-2 channels [Online Bidding Portals /Social Media etc.]
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, support them for qualified leads.
• Should be flexible working hours when required.
• Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Able to propose project budgeting to the client.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.

Required Candidate profile: 

• Must have experience of Marketing / Business development or Client generation in Web, Mobile application using PHP, React Native from international market. 

• Responsible for Research & Generating Quality Leads for Web, Mobile development by Outbound calls, Emails, creating required documents. 

• Follow-up with Generated Leads. 

• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, negotiating and closing deals. 

• Achieve the assigned Sales target by Acquisition, Retention & Renewal. 

• An input into the sales strategy - You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques. 

• Candidate with Excellent Communication, Presentable Personality. 

• Experience of forecasting, budgeting expenses and ensuring sales achievement. 

• Experience in handling a team of 4+ members.

● Moderate reviews and other user generated content submitted by millions of users
● Increase key performance metrics like time on page and bounce rate
● Reach out to students and colleges to generate content which users need
● Work closely with technical team to improve consumption of content
Key skills: Content writing, primary and secondary research, moderation, web content creation

 Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of entire features and components of the application lifecycle and lead the product design and code
• Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard
• Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production

Key Requirements :

• Has experience analysing website and application requirements.
• Has a thorough understanding of relational databases and security relating to PHP/MySQL
• Has expertise in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
• Skilled in managing backend services and ensuring seamless data interchange between server and end-users.
• Knowledgeable with writing web services and REST APIs for web and mobile application integration.
• Has designed and maintained database experience.
• AWS can be a plus point

Roles and Responsibilities

* Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.

* Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

*  Monitor the companies social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

* Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews

* Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Job Summary

• Candidates must have knowledge of converting PSD/Figma/Xd into HTML(WordPress) with custom bootstrap coded.
• Must have knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor, DIVI, Beaver Builder or Visual Composer and able to customize WordPress plugins if needed.

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
