Job role:
As a digital marketer, your primary objective will be to facilitate the sales team through lead generation. You’ll be responsible for conceiving, driving, and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence and improve product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Organic as well as paid channels
- Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
- Create and test content, blogs, and ads for operational efficiency
- Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups
- Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
- Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
- Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar position preferred
- Experience in B2B, eCommerce and SaaS is preferred
- Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
- Great design sense is a must for this position
- Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch and executing them
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
- Experience working with data
- Experience working with international markets is preferred

Overview:
We are currently looking to hire sharp Software developers who are passionate & excited to learn. This position is part of our engineering team.
Responsibilities
- As a Software developer, you will design and implement multi-tier (DB, services, and web) software applications, and document, test, fix and enhance systems when needed.
- In your agile team, you will closely work with other engineers, your manager and create solutions that meet business requirements.
- You will spend most of your time developing clean code with limited abstraction. You will constantly work to learn new technologies and improve your skillsets.
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience preferably in the e-commerce solution domain
- Good Knowledge of Python, Node.js, MySQL/Mongo, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Expertise in at least one JavaScript framework such as Vuejs, Angularjs or reactjs, etc.
- Must have experience in Django/Flask framework along with Microservices
- Must have good experience in writing SQL queries and optimization.
- Working knowledge of code repositories like Gitlab/Bitbucket.
- Should have the ability to use well-known design patterns to plan implementations or refactor existing solutions.
- Must have a good understanding of RESTful best practices
- A plus if you have worked with diverse data sources especially the NoSQL database.
- Knowledge of Azure/Aws is a must for server deployments.
- Knowledge of ML is added advantage.
- Good colleges preferred.
- Startup experience preferred
