Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to technology and fintech hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for various tech and fintech roles.
